Following the Prime Minister's announcement, Rokstone has now temporarily closed the office in Marylebone and all of our staff are working from home to ensure we are doing our part to stop the spread of the Corona Virus.
Our doors may be closed, but we are still very much open, albeit working safely from home. This means that we can continue to service all of our clients as we would usually, but any physical interaction in the form of viewings/meetings will be done via video.
We have now stopped all physical viewings; these will be replaced with video viewings where possible. Video viewings will either take the form of pre-recorded videos being sent to you or by arranging a live viewing if the situation permits this.
Becky and Olivia our market experts would love to give you an idea of how much your property could be sold or rented for. Technology will aid us in doing so, with there being four options you can choose from:
To arrange a current market appraisal via one of the above methods, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07747 772 030.
If you have any questions or concerns with relation to how the current situation is affecting your property search, your sale or rental, our knowledgeable team are here to help, by giving you clear advice as well as providing regular updates. We are all available to speak to you in whichever capacity you are most comfortable, be that, over the telephone, via video calls or over email. If you are not currently dealing with a specific team member, please call us on 07747 772 030 and a relevant member of the team will be assigned to you. Isolation equates to Internet Surfing. Currently, there are still large numbers of people viewing properties online (Rokstone is on all three of the largest property websites so often gets more views than many of our competitors) and contacting us for further details and video viewings. We are still also agreeing with both sales and lettings deals with buyers and tenants who are comfortable committing without physically visiting the property.
Although it is a difficult time for everyone right now, and 'normal' almost feels like a distant memory, this lock-down will come to an end and things will return to a state of normality, pretty quickly (we hope). Taking this into consideration, why not be ahead of the curve and use this time as an opportunity to think about your next move whilst you have the time to research? We anticipate that once the restrictions are lifted there will be many people in a good position.
First and foremost, we hope that you and your family are keeping safe and well.
In keeping with Government guidelines our office is now open and ready for business.
We need to ask whether anyone is showing symptoms or has been asked to self-isolate before going ahead with any viewing, or visits to our office.
We also operate using an appointment system for visits to our office and when conducting viewings.
We are not allowed to carry out any open house viewings.
We look forward to welcoming you back.
